Light at the end of the tunnel

Its been quite a while (again) since we've updated but we've had so many irons in the fire trying to get this place ready for baby boy arrives.  What we've been working on:

1. Redoing the front bathroom
- framing out the shower stall (it was formerly a bathtub)

-pitching the the shower floor

 -adding in the skylight (for our 10' amazing rain shower head)

-painting the walls

 -tiling the walls in the main area

-tiling the shower floor

-tiling the main area floor

-adding the cool lighting

-tiling in the shower area

-adding in the crown moulding (pics to come) but its starting to look like this:

2. Remodeling Quade's room
-removing all moldy drywall and replacing with fresh drywall

-painting the walls

-adding on trim

-finishing the concrete floors

-finishing the baseboard
-unpack so it looks more like this:

3. Remodeling our bedroom
-adding in a skylight so its not a cave

-finishing the concrete floors

-patching drywall
-texturing
-adding recessed lighting
-painting the ceiling
-painting the walls

Once all this is completed we can actually move everything out of the living room!
We opted for our room to get rid of our king bed and downgrade to our queen but get a great storage bed from ikea and so our room looks more like this:

This weekend we have some sweet family members coming in to help us wrap up these projects and clean. I'll try and post up pics as stuff gets completed and there are actual pictures to post.
